Welcome to our Online Store. We are happy to have you purchase from our online store, and encourage you to purchase from your local health and supplement type stores where Cedar Bear, Liquid Herbal Supplements are sold. If you have a favorite store that is looking to buy for you, we would love to hear from them.
We normally process orders within 4 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Online orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority.
Postal UPS Ground 3rd Day 2nd Day Overnight
Our store is tied directly to UPS and USPS to determine our shipping costs for our boxes of product based on weight of product and minimum shipping box size based on order.
We are the manufacturer of our products, so if an item is in the process of being made, we will alert you of any backorder status. Orders of product that are already manufactured and in our inventory will fulfilled within 4 business days. Shipment is time is determined by how fast the shipping carriers usually take to ship orders. We do try to get orders in and out quickly.
Any orders being made for 2nd day or 3rd day shipping are not guaranteed to be shipped out the same day as order is placed. Ordering times for second and third day shipping are Monday through Thursday by 1 pm MST. Our manufacturing is located further away from the shipping hubs and does not have a same day shipment option or evening shipment option. All orders placed after 1 pm Monday through Thursday will count as next business day, since that is when our delivery pickups happen.

We want you to be happy with your purchases from Cedar Bear, and your satisfaction as a customer is important to us and we will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly and easily as possible. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product with proof of purchase for a replacement or product credit.
We will gladly accept returns when our shipping department has made an error.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Cedar Bear products. If there is a problem with your order or the product, you can return the product for a replacement or product credit. Note, however, that we do not refund any special order items or shipping charges. If a return is necessary, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order. No credit or returns are allowed after 30 days of invoice date.
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number given by Customer Service is required for all returns, so please contact us in advance for an RMA. The RMA must be marked on the outside of the box. So your return can be handled effectively, please provide the order number, invoice number, item number, and a brief reason for the return.

Cedar Bear shipping personnel go to great lengths to properly package your order. While uncommon, occasionally a package may be damaged during shipping. Please report damaged goods immediately and save the original packaging in the event that a claim has to be filed.
Because of the nature of sourcing natural herbs and materials for Cedar Bear products, price changes do occasionally happen and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices posted do not include shipping charges, special handling, or taxes.
